A process to produce a nanocomposite material including a polymer matrix and a plurality of nanocharges (1); the process comprises a surface modification step of the nanocharges (1), which comprises introducing a coupling agent (3) realized by a silane into the nanocharges (1), and a subsequent step to produce the nanocomposite material comprising a polymerization process of the polymer matrix and a process to add the nanocharges (1) into the polymer matrix.
