<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermofluorescent plate like body containing aluminum (III), and to simply produce a thermofluorescent laminate capable of obtaining 3-dimensional radiation dose distribution by utilizing the thermofluorescent plate like body. <P>SOLUTION: This thermofluorescent plate like body is formed by first forming a first mixture by mixing each of components of lithium tetraborate, manganese (IV) oxide and aluminum oxide, then heat-treating the first mixture to form a first sintered material, crushing the first sintered material to make a crushed material, while without re-mixing the same components with each of the components of the first mixture with the crushed material, compression-molding the crushed material to form a plate like body, then heat-treating the plate like body to form the thermofluorescent plate like body as a second sintered material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
