PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a physical quantity detector with an increased corrosion resistance and mechanical strength of an electric junction on a circuit board and with improved radiation performances.SOLUTION: The physical quantity detection device includes: a passage drawing in a part of gas to be measured; an electronic circuit board for processing an output signal from a sensing element measuring a physical quantity; and a housing formed so as to separate the passage and a circuit chamber for containing the electronic circuit board, the electronic circuit board and the circuit chamber being entirely covered with a resin sealant 353 and the circuit chamber being air-proofed by the resin sealant 353.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3-3
