A circular scanned array of pulse excitation with controlled polarity and delay time comprises a flat dielectric base with a metal layer located on it; the outer layer is performed as a ring, also a power unit, an excitation system and radiating elements. The radiating elements of the array are made as slot antenna capable of independent excitation and control of polarity and delay time of an excitation pulse as radial slots in the said thin metal layer, in the center of which a power assembly is located.
