PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice notification relay service method and a computer system executing the method which solve a problem that it is necessary to correct related software programmed by C or C++ formerly in order to change a scenario when recorded voice or voice composed by TTS (Text to Speech) engine is used. SOLUTION: The invention reduces immense cost necessary when each user company respectively builds a ARS (Automatic Speech Recognition) system, and configures to be efficiently used a composed ARS system using various functions of VoiceXML by executing scenarios. In the scenarios, if a relay service company which receives basic data for ARS voice notification from the user company, the apparatus converts the basic data into a standard VoiceXML, and sends it to a communication network company, the communication network company translates the VoiceXML transmitted from the relay service company using a VoiceXML translator, and telephones to the users.
