<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a shortcoming that the unauthorized use of a person who is not permitted to use a copying machine is made possible when an authenticated user goes away from the vicinity of the copying machine without performing log-out. <P>SOLUTION: User identification information is inputted (S22), log-in processing is performed according to the user identification information (S24), data corresponding to the user identification information is written on the radio tag of recording paper on which an image is recorded by printing processing (S25), and whether or not communication with the radio tag of the recording paper is possible is determined (S27).
