Prosthetic ankle assembly

The assembly has an articular ankle prosthesis's ankle bone component (20) for being fixed on an ankle bone (A) of a patient, and including an inner thread (22A) emerging on a lower side (21B) of the component. An astragalo-calcaneum rod (40) has a longitudinal end (41) with a thread (41A) complementary to the inner thread. The rod has another longitudinal end (43) with a thread (43A) to engage a calcaneum (C) for compressing the calcaneum against the bone during fixation of the end (41) with the thread (22A).
