PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a space efficiency and to suppress an increase in the number of parts while the generation of an excessive pressure variation in a main tank is prevented. SOLUTION: The main tank 25 has an atmosphere open hole 51a which makes an ink storage chamber 49 communicate with the atmosphere, and a positive-pressure control valve 56 which is excited to close the atmosphere open hole 51a and is opened against the excitation force when the pressure of the ink storage chamber 49 becomes a positive pressure of not smaller than a predetermined value. A joint part 27 has an outflow opening 62a which is formed at a leading end of the joint part and communicates with the main tank 25, and an opening and closing valve 63 which is excited to close the outflow opening 62a and is opened against the excitation force by a drag from the side of a sub tank 17 when the joint part is coupled to the sub tank 17. The opening and closing valve 63 is opened against the excitation force when the pressure generated in the ink storage chamber 49 becomes a negative pressure of not smaller than a predetermined value.
