PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a latch circuit which has a clear function of clearing an output signal and is capable of high-speed operation, a flip-flop circuit with the same and logic circuit regarding the latch circuit comprising the clear function capable of clearing the output signal, without depending on an external signal inputted from the outside, the flip-flop circuit with the same and the logic circuit. SOLUTION: A latch circuit 1 includes a switching circuit 3 for switching output/non-output of an external signal D inputted from an input unit 2, on the basis of a control signal CNT inputted to an input unit 16; a state-holding circuit 5 which inputs a signal outputted from the switching circuit 3 and holds the state of the logical level for an output signal Q outputted, on the basis of the input signal; and a clear circuit 7 which brings the logical level of the input signal to a clear level, on the basis of a clear signal CLR inputted from an input unit 18.
