PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring system which controls a vibration surely, controls an image processing during generating the vibration, and achieves the prevention of a wrong operation surely. SOLUTION: The monitoring system provided with a monitoring camera apparatus 10 set up at a place where the vibration exists arranges a movable weight 4 inside the monitoring camera apparatus, is provided with a weight controlling signal generating portion 32 to move a resonance point by automatically controlling a position of a center of gravity of the weight inside the monitoring camera to the position where the vibration is most reduced based on the number of the vibration and an acceleration measured by an acceleration sensor 20 and a data collecting apparatus 31 to store a vibration data, grasps a temporal tendency of the vibration and an oscillation frequency at that time automatically, predicts a generation time and a scale of the vibration, and controls a weight position inside the monitoring camera before the vibration is generated.
