PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phased array radar device with which it is possible to perform appropriate transmission waveform control.SOLUTION: A phased array radar device of an embodiment has a plurality of antennas, an external antenna, a complex spectrum calculation unit, a correction data calculation unit, an I signal generation unit, a Q signal generation unit, a complex calculation unit, and a transmission wave generation unit. The plurality of antennas output a transmission wave. The external antenna receives the transmission wave. The complex spectrum calculation unit calculates a complex spectrum by frequency-analyzing the signal of the transmission wave received by the external antenna. The correction data calculation unit calculates correction data from the complex spectrum and a reference spectrum. The complex calculation unit complex-multiplies each of the I signal and Q signal by the correction data.
