PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a zoom lens having a small F value over the entire zoom range and excellently corrected various aberrations, and an imaging device including the zoom lens.SOLUTION: A zoom lens comprises, in order from an object side, a positive first lens group G1, a negative second lens group G2, a positive third lens group G3, a negative fourth lens group G4 and a positive fifth lens group G5. When zooming from the wide angle end to the telephoto end, an interval between the first and second lens groups is always expanded, an interval between the second and third lens groups is always narrowed, an interval between the third and fourth lens groups always changes and an interval between the fourth and fifth lens groups is always expanded. The first lens group G1 consists of three lenses which are a negative lens, a positive lens and a positive lens in order from the object side, the second lens group G2 consists of four lenses which are a negative lens, a negative lens, a positive lens and a negative lens in order from the object side, the third lens group consists of four positive lenses, two negative lenses and an aperture stop, and the fifth lens group consists of one lens component.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
