PURPOSE: A uniformly chemical dispersing mixer is provided to improve the efficiency of coagulation by supplying a coagulating agent from the lower side of the mixer to a rotary shaft. CONSTITUTION: A mixing part(100) includes a rotary shaft inserting groove(406) which is in connection with the outside. Feed water is flowed into the mixing part and is drained from the mixing part. One end of a rotary shaft(202) is in connection with a driving shaft(201). Another end of the rotary shaft is installed to the mixing part. A chemical spraying pipe(44) is formed in the rotary shaft. The chemical spraying pipe is in connection with the rotary shaft inserting groove. A chemical supplying pipe(43) is in connection with the rotary shaft insertion groove in order to supply chemical to the rotary shaft inserting groove.
