PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of double-sided metal laminate capable of efficiently preventing short circuit between two metal layers due to burrs or metal dust which are generated during cutting the metal layers and adhered on an end face.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of double-sided metal laminate includes a step to apply a voltage across a first plane 31 extending in a direction D along a lamination direction of a metal layer 11 and an insulator layer 10 and a second plane 32 at the side opposite to the first plane 31 of a laminated body 30, which includes at least one intermediate base material 20 prepared by cutting an original base material 12 which includes two opposing metal layers 11 and insulator layer 10 interposed between two metal layers 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
