PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a proliferation bank that is capable of being stably installed in a shallow water region to which a large amount of wave force is applied, is capable of securing sufficient surface area for making living things for feeding proliferate, is capable of constantly securing preferable water passage all over the bank from the surface side to the inner depth side, and is capable of securing efficient proliferation effect for a long period.SOLUTION: A proliferation bank comprises: a longitudinal cylindrical proliferation module 2; and a concrete part provided so as to cover a circumferential side face of the proliferation module. The proliferation module is constituted by a casing 5 whose upper end aperture 5a and lower end aperture 5b are blocked using lattice materials 8a, 8b; and a filling layer A and an inhabitation space layer B that are provided inside the casing. The filling layer includes water conduction paths that are formed between many loaded filling materials 9 and communicate with the upper end aperture and lower end aperture. The inhabitation space layer includes a three-dimensional frame parts 10 for forming a cavity space X capable of mutually communicating water with the water conduction paths.
