A lip part 5 that protrudes diametrically outward from the outer peripheral edge of a top surface 2a of a pour opening 2 is formed in at least a section of the surface through which an internal solution passes, to serve as a pour opening for the internal solution stored in a container. In so doing, drip prevention during pouring of the internal solution can be improved, and suitability to application in a pourer that is molded to a prescribed shape by injection molding is provided.
