PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus management system that allows a service person to smoothly perform maintenance service of an electronic apparatus.SOLUTION: A remote maintenance server 1 (a) acquires operation schedule information of image forming apparatuses 101 and 201, and (b) when the transmission timing of an instruction to acquire apparatus state information specified by a service terminal device 3 is out of the operation time based on the operation schedule information, specifies recommended transmission timing of the acquisition instruction on the basis of customer management information in a customer database 401, and notifies the service terminal device 3 of the specified recommended transmission timing. |
