PURPOSE: An apparatus is provided to allow a tensile force regulating work to be easily performed while simplifying the configuration. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus comprises a fixing member(11) protruded from an outer periphery of a generator mounted onto a cylinder block(100) and which has an operating hole formed at an upper surface of the fixing member, and a support member(20) fixed to the cylinder block and which has an elongated slot(21) formed at the same line as that of a rotation track of the operating hole of the fixing member, the rotation tracking being formed by the rotation of the generator. The support member has fixing holes(22) arranged in equal spacings along a lengthwise direction of the elongated slot at both end portions of the slot. A tensioner(30) for resiliently supporting the generator in a rotation direction is fixed to the fixing hole of the support member. The tensioner is constituted by a plate to be fixed to the fixing hole, and a spindle which is hinge-fixed to the plate and directly pushes the generator. The plate of the tensioner is fixed by a bolt.
