<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a communication cost of bargain information of commodities really required by customers. <P>SOLUTION: An information processor 4 of a management center 2 registers the bargain information in a bargain information database 16 of the information process in order to distribute the bargain information A related to bargain commodities or the like of a shop 12 to an information terminal 8 of a customer via an information communication network 6; a general name of a commodity or commodity classification of a retrieval object is inputted to the information processor as a text from e-mail or a web page of the information terminal; the information processor retrieves, as a text, bargain information related to inputted textual information from the bargain information database; and the information processor transmits the retrieved bargain information to the information terminal of the customer by means of e-mail.
