<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air cleaning and ventilating apparatus capable of effectively cleaning an air in a room or through the entire space of a dwelling house and also ventilating the inside of the room. <P>SOLUTION: This air cleaning and ventilating apparatus comprises an electrostatic atomizer 2, an air supply device 1, an exhaust device 4, and an induction device 5. Charged water corpuscles 3 are generated by atomizing a liquid in an air cleaning space by the electrostatic atomizer 2, the outside air is led into the air cleaning space by the air supply device 1, the air in the air cleaning space is discharged by the exhaust device 4, and the charged water corpuscles 3 in the air cleaning space are induced by the induction device 5.
