<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combined lens manufacturing method capable of aligning a combined lens with high precision and capable of simplifying a manufacturing process, and an optical recording apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: First and second substrates 20 and 21 are fixed through a spacer 22 and an ultraviolet curable resin 23 is provided between the first and second substrates 20 and 21.
