<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic treatment apparatus with electromagnets effectively arranged for local exposure to magnetism. <P>SOLUTION: The magnetic treatment apparatus comprises a bed for laying a human body thereon, a plurality of electromagnets for the human body on the bed to be exposed to magnetism. A plurality of the electromagnets include a group of the electromagnets for a head to which mainly the head region is exposed, a group of the electromagnets for a torso to which mainly the torso region is exposed, and a group of the electromagnets for legs to which mainly the legs region is exposed. The group of the electromagnets for the head has a first electromagnet, a second electromagnet, and a third electromagnet, each of which has a pair of magnetic poles and is attached to the bed so that the respective magnetic poles can be opposed to a rear neck and a rear head, either side of the head, and a parietal region and a forehead of the human body lying on its back on the bed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
