<p>The process for preparing ice, comprises cooling a liquid mixture at a negative temperature to form whipped edible ice, mixing edible bodies such as biscuits, cake, fruits, chocolates and caramel with the ice, extruding the mixture using a rotation shaft, and purging the mixture before preparing the ice. A step of cooling takes place before and after the step of the mixing. The edible bodies are in a frozen state during the mixing of the bodies with the ice, and are fragmented using a knife before the mixing step. A rate of whipping is 20-120%. An independent claim is included for a machine for preparing an ice.</p> |
