Steel manufacturing process and steel obtained using this process

Steel with high-strength and good tenacity, comprises (wt.%) carbon (0.25-0.35), chromium (0.3-0.7), nickel (0.3-1), boron (0.001-0.005) and titanium (0.02-0.05). An independent claim is included for preparation of the steel comprising hot roll at 1000-1100[deg] C, cooling with air, hardening at 850-900[deg] C, retempering at 440-500[deg] C.
