A draining apparatus is provided to filter pollutant contained in sewage by utilizing a first filtering passage, a second filtering passage, and a bypass passage. A draining apparatus comprises a rainwater basin and a filtering unit(300). The rainwater basin includes an end protrusion(111), a guide plate(112), a partition(114), a rainwater passage(115), a filtering plate(116), and an outlet. A grating(200) is mounted on the end protrusion formed around an opening. The guide plate is attached on the inner wall beneath the end protrusion. The partition is attached under the guide plate to make a first filtering passage(110) and a bypass passage(130). The rainwater passage is formed between the guide plate and the partition. The filtering plate is perforated and makes a second filtering passage(120). The outlet is formed at one side at the bottom. The filtering unit includes first and second filtering members(310,320). The first filtering unit shapes into a meshed basket. The second filtering member is porous. |
