摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a substrate for an electronic device, where deterioration in characteristics over time in a substrate for electronic device is suppressed, to provide a method for manufacturing an organic electroluminescence element, to provide an electronic device that has the substrate for the electronic device and suppresses the deterioration in the characteristics over time, and to provide a reliable electronic apparatus. SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the substrate for electronic devices has: a first step of forming an anode (electrode) 3 composed with an inorganic oxide as a main material on a substrate 2; a second step of forming an organic layer 41 composed with a carrier-transporting material having a sulfonic acid group as a main material in contact with the anode 3; and a third step of obtaining a hole-transporting layer (layer having a function for transporting a carrier) 4 by performing desulfonation oxidation treatment for removing at least one portion of a sulfonic acid group from the carrier-transporting material to the organic layer 41.
