A multifunction work station (90) for use in shucking oysters has a frame (92, 93, 94, 95, 96, 98) and means for mounting an oyster shucking apparatus (130, 132, 134) to the frame. There is a table (110) which is pivotally mounted to the frame and is movable between an outer position when the work station (90) is in use, and an inner position when the work station is collapsed.
