PURPOSE: A nano particle sampling device is provided to improve a sampling structure and enabling the sampling of ultra-fine nano particles and the movement thereof. CONSTITUTION: A nano particle sampling device comprises an air inlet(110), a hotwire(130), a sampling plate(140), a baffle(120), and a cooling block(150). Air flows in the air inlet for sampling. The hotwire generates heat. The sampling plate is close to the hotwire. Nano particles contained in the air are attached to the sampling plate. The baffle controls the fluid flux of the air. The baffle comprises a first baffle and a second baffle. The sampling plate is formed on the top of the cooling block. The cooling block cools the sampling plate. The nano particles are attached to the sampling plate by the temperature difference between the hotwire and the sampling plate.
