PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat pump type steam creation device and an operational method of the heat pump type steam creation device capable of effectively and stably operating while the heating output in a heat pump part can be controlled in a desired value.SOLUTION: A heat pump type steam creation device 10 comprises: a heat pump part 16 annularly connecting a compressor 20 for compressing coolant, a condenser 22 for condensing the coolant compressed in the compressor 20, an expansion mechanism 24 for decompressing the coolant leaving the condenser 22, and an evaporator 26 for evaporating the coolant by recovering heat from heat source hot water; a hot water supply part 14 for supplying the heat source hot water to the evaporator 26; a steam creation part 12 for creating steam by supplying heated water to the condenser 22 so as to heat the heated water by the coolant; and a control part 18 for controlling the compressor 20 by calculating a heating output in the heat pump part 16 on the basis of the difference between the specific enthalpy of the coolant on the discharge side of the compressor 20 and the specific enthalpy of the coolant on the inlet side of the expansion mechanism 24, and a coolant circulation amount so that the calculated heating output becomes a preset set output.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
