METHOD FOR CHARGING MONEY INFORMATION INTO ELECTRONIC CARD

PURPOSE: A method for charging money information into electronic card is provided to increase the convenience in use of the card by enabling the money information into the card to be charged by a communication terminal installed at home or in an office. CONSTITUTION: An electronic card is inputted into the terminal or not is checked(S102). Data in the card is read out to be transmitted to a server, and balance information is displayed on the terminal(S104). The server sends the result of judgement on the validity of the card to the terminal(S105). If the user does not want to charge the amount(S106), the original operations of the terminal is performed(S120). In case that the amount has to be charged, the user inputs the information of a desired amount and transmits it to the server(108). The server determines the approval of the charge of the user(S114). The message for guiding the payment of the charge is displayed(S110). The user may input his/her account number and a secret number and transmit it to the server, in response to the displayed message(S112).
