<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide forceps for an endoscope, surely inhibiting influence on the outside of a desired organic tissue region in incision/excision of the desired organic tissue region, holding a high degree of freedom in incision/excision, and improving operability. <P>SOLUTION: In this forceps for an endoscope, the base end is provided with an operating part 4, an insert part 3 having flexibility at least in the vicinity of the tip is connected to the operating part, the tip of the insert part is provided with a medical treatment part 2 having a pair of opened and closed scissors members 8a, 8b, and the paired scissors members are operated to open and close by the operation to the operating part.
