<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an image display device which can prevent a written video signal from being subjected to potential fluctuation by the supply of another video signal even when the respective video signals of respective blocks are supplied by time sharing to picture elements in case the respective blocks of image data are constituted by combinations of a plurality of the video signals. <P>SOLUTION: The scanning signal line GLn constitutes one pixel by combining the three RGB scanning signal lines GLnR, GLnG and SLnB as one unit and combining the three RGB picture elements PR(n, m) PG(n, m) and PB(n, m) connected to the three RGB scanning signal lines GLnR, GLnG and SLnB varying from each other as one block. The picture elements PR(n, m) PG(n, m) and PB(n, m) are connected to a common data signal line SLm. Scanning pulses are sequentially outputted from shift registers SRnR, SRnG and SrnB to the scanning signal lines GLnR, GLnG and SLnB and the video signals of RGB are outputted by time sharing from a driver IC to the data signal lines SLm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
