PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door panel maintaining uniform quality by stabilizing hemming work of an outside plate. SOLUTION: Hemming work is performed to a peripheral edge part 31 of the outside plate 21 to fold and crush it so that it can wrap a peripheral edge part 32 of an inside plate 23, that is, the outside plate 21 has a hemmed part 33 biting to connect the peripheral edge part 32 of the inside plate 23 by the peripheral edge part 31 formed by folding and crushing it flat to wrap the peripheral edge part 32 of the inside plate 23.
