PURPOSE: A method for evaluating the performance of a super capacitor and device for measuring a parameter for evaluating the performance of the super capacitor are provided to maintain accuracy for measuring the performance of a super capacitor and quickly evaluate the performance of the super capacitor using an equivalent circuit and impedance information for the super capacitor. CONSTITUTION: A parameter measuring device for measuring the performance of a super capacitor comprises a measuring unit and a transmitting unit. The measuring unit measures a current value and a voltage value for each super capacitor using super capacitors into which a perturbation current is induced. The transmitting unit transmits the measured current value and current value to a super capacitor performance evaluating device(105). The super capacitor performance evaluating device generates impedance information for each super capacitor using the measured current value and voltage value and generates an equivalent serial resistance value or an electrode impedance value for the equivalent circuit. |
