摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pile head semi-rigid junction structure for a new building in which a construction period is shortened by eliminating the need to construct a footing and simplifying pile foundation work of the new building and pile foundation work cost can be reduced significantly by reducing a pile diameter by suppressing earthquake horizontal power acting on a pile head of a new pile, and a construction method thereof.SOLUTION: A pile head semi-rigid junction structure for a new building comprises: a pile of which the pile head protrudes from the ground; a foundation slab in which a pile head accepting hole is formed at a position corresponding to the pile head; and a pile head connecting material for integrating the pile head facing the inside of the pile head accepting hole and the foundation slab. In the pile head semi-rigid junction structure, between a pile head outer peripheral surface facing the inside of the pile head accepting hole and a pile head accepting hole wall surface formed in the foundation slab, a gap is formed which allows horizontal displacement of the pile head, and the pile head and the foundation slab are integrated by fixing the pile head connecting material to a pile upper end face and a top face of the foundation slab.
