The gas turbine system model is configured to receive a SCM output from the SCM and to use the SCM output to control an actuator. The actuator is operatively coupled to the gas turbine system. |

a gas turbine system model configured to model a turbine system operational behavior of a gas turbine system; and a shaft contribution model (SCM) comprising a bottoming cycle performance (BCP) model configured to model a bottoming cycle behavior of a bottoming cycle system, wherein the gas turbine system model is configured to receive a SCM output from the SCM and to use the SCM output to control an actuator, wherein the bottoming cycle system comprises a heat recovery steam generator (HSRG), a steam turbine system, and additional mechanical loads, and wherein the actuator is operatively coupled to the gas turbine system. |
