PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel resin composition composed of a thermoplastic resin with adhesiveness to glass and metal imparted thereto, and a composite molded product formed by joining the resin composition and a metal to each other.SOLUTION: A resin composition formed by compounding 100 pts.wt. of a thermoplastic resin with 5-200 pts.wt. of a modified block copolymer hydrogenation product, in which the modified block copolymer hydrogenation product is formed by introducing an alkoxysilyl group into a block copolymer hydrogenation product obtained by hydrogenating 90% or more of C-C unsaturated bonds of main chains and side chains and those of aromatic rings of a block copolymer, composed of at least two polymer blocks [A] comprising a structural unit derived from an aromatic vinyl compound as the main component and at least one polymer block [B] comprising a structural unit derived from a linear conjugated diene compound as the main component, and having the ratio of wA to wB (wA:wB) of 20:80-70:30 where a weight fraction of all polymer blocks [A] in all block copolymers is set to be wA and a weight fraction of all polymer blocks [B] in all block copolymers is set to be wB.
