PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily provide a polyisocyanate composition excellent in solubility into an organic solvent with low polarity and various physical properties even from an organic diisocyanate having a high concentration of hydrolyzable chlorine by using a certain catalyst; and to provide a two package coating composition excellent in recoating properties and the physical properties of a coating film using such compositions.SOLUTION: By using a certain allophanate isocyanurate-producing catalyst, the polyisocyanate composition excellent in solubility into the organic solvent with low polarity containing both linking groups of an allophanate group and an isocyanurate group in one molecule is obtained from an organic diisocyanate (B) and a monoalcohol (C) without causing reaction inhibition by hydrolyzable chlorine. |
