PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a product in shorter time without sacrificing desirable quality of the product.SOLUTION: There is provided a dough-like confectionery composition containing a solid phase and a liquid phase, where a part of the solid phase is surrounded with the liquid phase, the solid phase contains a solid fine particle with the amount of 76 to 95 wt.% of the confectionery composition, the liquid phase contains a mixture of a liquid and a diffusion controlling material, the solid fine particle contains a sugar alcohol powder, the liquid contains water, the diffusion controlling material is selected from a group consisting of xanthan gum, carboxymethyl cellulose, methyl cellulose or the like and weight ratio of the liquid to the diffusion controlling material is 1.5:1 to 2.5:1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
