PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for processing target water is provided to effectively trap microorganism contained in the target water and process the trapped microorganism using plasma. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for processing target water includes a discharging electrode(10), a ground electrode(20), and a power supplying part(100). The discharging electrode and the ground electrode are arranged in a flow path(30) defining the path of the target water. The size and the shape of the flow path are changed according to conditions and environments. The ground electrode is spaced apart from the discharging electrode. |
