摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure a dryness of a fluid in the whole piping including a layer- like fluid existing mixedly in fluid piping, or a wetness thereof. SOLUTION: A flow velocity sensor 7, a pressure sensor 6, a Pitot tube 1 and an ultrasonic transceiver 2 are attached in order in a steam pipe 3 inside which steam 9 and drain 10 flow down. Dymanic pressure of the steam 9 is detected by the Pitot tube 1, and a dryness X1 of the steam 9 is calculated based on a relational expression between a specific weight or a specific volume of the steam 9 and a dryness or a wetness. On the other hand, a liquid level of the drain 10 is measured by the ultrasonic transceiver 2 to find a weight of the drain 10 by weight conversion thereof. The dryness or the wetness of the fluid in the whole piping is measured based on the dryness X1 of the steam 9 and the weight of the drain 10.
