PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire saw capable of improving the utilization efficiency of sprayed working fluid. SOLUTION: In this wire saw in which an ingot 3 is pressed against two rows of traveling wires, the working fluid 5 with abrasive grains suspended therein is sprayed toward the wires from a working fluid nozzle 8 disposed at least on the upstream side of the cutting of the ingot, and the ingot is cut thereby, the working fluid nozzle is provided with cylindrical air nozzles 10 for spraying compressed air 7 concentrically on an outer circumference of a main nozzle 9 for spraying the working fluid. |
