<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a block for a branch line used to prevent an electric pole from being fallen down, prevent a tree from being fallen down, and hold columns for fruit racks and agricultural racks which is easily buried in soil, enables the easy manufacture of a resistance plate and a reduction in the weight of the resistance plate, and capable of providing stable soil bearing capacity by securing the rigidity of the resistance plate. <P>SOLUTION: The semi-spherical resistance plate 4 having a flange 5 on the outer periphery and a bottom face part 6 of a specified radius at the center bottom part is formed by pressing one sheet of thin steel sheet. Center holes 7 and 7' and insert holes 9 and 9' are formed in the bottom surface part 6 of the resistance plate 4 and a receiving washer 3, the swelled part 2b of a branch bar or a branch wire 2 is inserted into the insert holes 9 and 9' in the resistance plate 3 and the receiving washer 3, and moved to the center holes 7 and 7'.
