The roof (1) has light sources (6) formed of LEDs, electroluminescent panels and optical fibers, electrically connected with each other, where the sources are supplied by a battery of motor vehicle. The light sources are fixed to the roof through a flexible unit e.g. control arm, so as to be compatible with folding of the roof towards opening position and unfolding of the roof towards a closing position. The light sources are fixed on a flexible support (7) that is fixed on an inner surface of the roof. The sources are distributed on the support for creating a lighting or signaling zone. |
