PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the labor related to carrying-in work and efficiently perform pole pulling work for a short time without using a manual draw gear. SOLUTION: In this pole puller, a string-shaped body 2 is wound around a lower part of a pole 1 erected on the ground along the peripheral face, and a hydraulic cylinder 3 is arranged on the ground around the pole 1. The string-shaped body 2 in the wound state is tightened, and the hydraulic cylinder 3 is driven by a hydraulic unit 11 mounted on a working vehicle 10 carried in a work site.
