Disclosed is a composition comprising a VEGF receptor inhibitor and a penetration enhancer, wherein the VEGF receptor inhibitor is a compound of formula (I), wherein the substituents are as defined in the specification. Also disclosed is the use of the composition to treat a dermatological disease selected from psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, and acne.
