<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color filter of a liquid crystal display, which can implement six colors including red, green, and blue without addition of ink and steps by using complementary characteristics of red, green, and blue, and a method for fabricating the color filter. <P>SOLUTION: The colors filter of a liquid crystal display device includes: a color filter substrate; and a plurality of pixels formed in a matrix form on the color filter substrate, each of which includes a first red sub-pixel, a first green sub-pixel, a first blue sub-pixel, a pair of a second red sub-pixel and a third green sub-pixel, a pair of a second green sub-pixel and a third blue sub-pixel, and a pair of a second blue sub-pixel and a third red sub-pixel. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
