<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize the rotational speed of a motor regardless of temperature, in case that a speed control signal is input into a motor speed control circuit so as to minimize the rotational speed of the motor. <P>SOLUTION: The motor speed control circuit includes a reference voltage circuit which outputs reference voltage geared to the target rotational speed and the temperature, based on a speed control signal geared to the rotational speed of the motor and a temperature signal geared to the temperature, a comparison circuit which compares the reference voltage geared to the target rotational speed of the motor with the reference voltage, and a driving circuit which drives the motor so as to conform the voltage level of the speed voltage to the voltage level of the reference voltage, based on the comparison results of the comparison circuit. The reference voltage circuit outputs a specified level of reference voltage, in case that the speed control signal to minimize the target rotational speed of the motor is input. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
