PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an increase of a variation of PTC heaters 70 of different sizes. SOLUTION: An electrode plate 71 of the PTC heater 70 contacts with an inner wall 61b over its whole surface in a foot duct 50a of an air conditioner for a vehicle. Therefore, air is hardly passed through a space between the electrode plate 71 of the PTC heater 70 and the inner wall 61a of the foot duct 50a. Therefore, since heat exchange at the electrode plate 71 side of the PTC heater 70 is suppressed and a calorific value heat-released to air is reduced, a current value flowing in the PTC heater 70 is reduced and power consumption can be reduced. Accompanied by this, since even the PTC heaters 70 of the same sizes can set their power consumption to different power consumption an increase of a variation of the PTC heaters 70 of the different sizes can be suppressed.
