ELECTRODE PAD AND LIGHT EMITTING DIODE PACKAGE INCLUDING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An electrode pad and a light emitting diode package including the same are provided to prevent the luminous efficiency degradation of a light-emitting diode package by forming a layer for preventing the degradation of an optical reflectance so that a color of a sliver layer is prevented changed. CONSTITUTION: A copper alloy layer(10), a nickel layer(20), a silver layer(30), and a reflectivity degradation blocking layer(40) are successively laminated. The copper alloy is formed as a base layer of an electrode pad. The copper alloy layer is connected to an external circuit and applies electricity or an electric signal. The nickel layer improves the bonding strength with the silver layer and light reflection. The silver is formed by planting a silver particle on the nickel layer. The reflectivity degradation blocking layer prevents the degradation of the light reflection of the silver layer by controlling the discoloration of the silver layer.
